Delivery

We purchase original items in official European stores, consolidate orders at our warehouse in Portugal and ship them directly to the recipient with an honest tracking number.

This is a courtesy translation of the Russian original. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1. How it works

Delivery takes several steps:

you send a link to the item and place a request;
we confirm availability and price, and you pay the first invoice (item and services);
we purchase the item in Portugal and send photo proof of the purchase;
we consolidate orders at the warehouse and form the parcel;
you pay the second invoice — for international delivery — and we dispatch the parcel and send the tracking number.

2. Delivery methods and carriers

International shipments are handed over to CTT (Correios de Portugal), including its EMS express service, or to DHL Express. In the destination country the parcel is delivered by the national postal or courier service. We choose the service according to the destination, weight and dimensions and agree it with you when the order is placed.

3. Destinations and indicative timeframes

Transit time is an estimate from the warehouse in Portugal to the recipient, excluding purchase (usually 1–5 days) and consolidation. An exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed: it depends on the carrier and customs clearance.

Other countries outside the EU are served on individual request to support; the €300-per-item limit applies to them, and payment is in USDT.

4. Delivery cost

The delivery cost depends on the carrier, weight, dimensions and destination. It is calculated once the parcel is formed and issued as the second invoice before dispatch — you see the amount before paying. Several orders in one parcel lower the delivery cost per item.

5. Destination restrictions

For shipments to Russia and Belarus the value of a single item may not exceed €300 — an EU export restriction (for Russia — Article 3h of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014); an order above the limit cannot be placed. Other destinations have no value limit — only local duty-free import rules apply.

Card payment is not available for shipments to Russia, Belarus and countries served on individual request; bank cards issued in Russia and Belarus are not accepted for any destination.

6. Consolidation and storage

Several orders can be combined into one parcel: we wait until all items arrive at the warehouse and ship them together, which is cheaper. Items are stored at the warehouse until the shipment is formed.
